Return & Exchange Policy – Aura
At Aura, we take great pride in the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
• Incorrect/Damaged product delivered.
Non-Returnable Items
• Products showing signs of use, damage, or wash.
Return Window & Process
• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Contact us via our Shopify Inbox or email to initiate returns.
• Our team will evaluate the return reason and guide the customer through the process.
• Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
For Other Returns
• A restocking fee of ₹150 may apply depending on the quantity purchased as per our Fair Usage Policy.
• Customer will need to self-ship to our warehouse if reverse pickup isn't available.
• Processing time: 20-30 working days from return verification
• Voucher validity - 90 days from issue date
Exchange
• Exchanges are offered only for defective or damaged items.
• Please report any damages within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.
Non-Returnable Items
• Gift cards
• Final sale items
• BOGO (Buy One Get One) or promotional offers with free products
• Products without original tags/packaging
• Used, worn, or washed items
• Items returned after 7 days
Note: Aura reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
