Return & Exchange Policy – Aura

At Aura, we take great pride in the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

 Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags                             intact.

 Incorrect/Damaged product delivered.

Non-Returnable Items

 Products showing signs of use, damage, or wash.

Return Window & Process

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

 Contact us via our Shopify Inbox or email to initiate returns.

 Our team will evaluate the return reason and guide the customer through the process.

 Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

For Other Returns

 A restocking fee of ₹150 may apply depending on the quantity purchased as per our Fair Usage Policy.

  Customer will need to self-ship to our warehouse if reverse pickup isn't available.

 Processing time: 20-30 working days from return verification

 Voucher validity - 90 days from issue date

Exchange

Exchanges are offered only for defective or damaged items.

 Please report any damages within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

 Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.

 BOGO (Buy One Get One) or promotional offers with free products

 Products without original tags/packaging

 Used, worn, or washed items

 Items returned after 7 days

 Note: Aura reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
